  I cancelled my order because it was taking too long to despatch. Went to online chat and Tameka A. confirmed the cancellation and sent me an email that it will take 5-7 business days. 7 business days later I came back to the online chat still regarding my refund. They said we will mark it as urgent and you should expect to recieve in 3-4 working days. When did my own money required to be marked as urgent to receive back?

  I will never order from here again. My hubby ordered a light and a grinder in April. The light arrived and the grinder still hasn’t arrived and it’s now July. When you try to phone you get told they are not taking calls and they tell you to go to live chat. I don’t have 30mins to sit and wait my turn in live chat.

  You're good at taking my money yet fail big time if someone wants to return an item. I returned n item within 24 hrs without it being used. Its been almost a month and I am still waiting for a refund! They'll never get my business again and i will make it known to all I work with.

  Same deal as above. Was given a Credit* Docket for a returned Grinder & given the absolute run-around when trying to chase up the (surprise-surprise) non-existent refund.Absolute Bogans with zero ethics. Pretty much 2019 Australia in a nutshell.Head Office, told them I wished to return a die-grinder & wanted no hassles with the retail store (mentioned the Whirlpool reviews from customers stating they been refuse refundsiWas told by store that they didn't give refunds

  Horrible place to work 
  I know an  x worker who was in the repair shop in Roselands 
  Tools go missing customers call and you just can’t hear them speaking 
  Because all of the noise from the background 
  
  Never recommend employment here

  My Son has been waiting for over 2 weeks for a refund of $1228 and still has not received it. Finally got onto Head Office and I'm told payments are sitting on the Directors desk waiting for approvals. They can't even tell me if my sons refund is there. My son is 18yrs old and has just started an apprenticeship and can't afford to wait so long for his money. We will be going to TOTAL TOOLS from now on. Not Impressed at all

  No point in repeating all his points
  I have sent a letter of demand on the advice of Fair Trading NSW and will follow up with them in a week unless I get a satisfactory reply

  • Zero customer service. 
  • Staff make manager inaccessible. 
  • Blatant lies via phone and email. 
  • Prices are good, but DO NOT ask for a refund,
  credit for damaged goods or in fact, bring up
  ANY issue at all. They’ll shut you down, drown
  you with their on-hold advertising and forget to return
  any emails - orders excepted of course! 
  • My last call today - I asked to speak to the customer
  service manager, I was placed on hold for 17 minutes 
  only to have the lady who put me on hold, pick up
  the phone and tell me that the manager only just left 
  for lunch. She took my number and said she’ll get the 
  manager to call me as soon as she returns. 
  • I won’t hold my breath...

  BOUGHT LAWN MOWER FROM THIS COMPANY.
  THE TRACK NUMBER DID NOT RELATE AT ALL AND RANG FOUR TIMES BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED CALL OR SENT EMAILS AS THE SAID THEY WOULD SO END UP SUGGESTING GETTING PAYPAL INVOLVED THEN SURPRISE EMAIL ARRIVED WITH TRACKING NUMBER.
  IT APPEAR THAT THEY ARE OUT OF CONTROL AND THERE IS NIL CUSTOMER SERVICE

  RUDE AND ARROGANT SERVICE STORE.
  
  I put a hammer drill for repair, for a second time to get repaired, i was called to pick up the item but on both occasions the drill wasnt repaired. 4 months later i picked up the drill and was charged $80 no apologie for the inconvenience .
  Poor service, id never shop there ever again.

  Total bunch of jokers working here, terrible attitude all round and don't expect a call back from their staff under any circumstances, especially about a service issue. If there was any other tool shop in Sydney with as good a range as Sydney Tools, I would switch to them in an instant. But there's not, so suffer these fools I must. For now. Alexandria and Dulwich Hill locations have far more range than Roselands, for no apparent reason as there is plenty of space. Probably because none of their staff care enough about their work to stock the shelves!
