My out of warranty C3 , which I purchased new from Continental developed a power steering fault. The vehicle was fixed at NIL COST. And a loan car was arranged as well. I have recently had another C3 serviced by them, a car purchased from a different dealer, and the cost was less than the price shown in the capped price list.
- Ahmed Chandab Added August 15, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Absolutely amazing service. Just purchased a second hand C4 and thought I would get them to have a look at it. He spent some time over the phone talking to me about it despite them being busy due to a recent recall. Had the wonderful owner Greg take me for a drive in it and give me some tips. On Top of that they spent 30 min diagnosing it and refused to take any money from me despite me insisting. I've owned Mercs and BMW and never have I seen service like this before. They have a customer for Life.
